Taylor cherishes how learning Biblical Greek has enabled him to better attend to the contours of the New Testament and to the voice of God who inspired it. Now, 11 years since this journey began, he is a teacher, a theologian, and a church-planting resident. He received his BA in Biblical Studies/Languages from Union University, where he defended a thesis on the discourse function of the Greek Article under Dr. Mark Dubis, Dr. George Guthrie, and Dr. Stephen Levinsohn, and was awarded the Zondervan Greek award. He then received his MDiv from Beeson Divinity School, along with their Most Distinguished Student Award. He has substantial experience in teaching Greek as a TA and as a private tutor. He especially loves seeing his students experience fresh flashes of insight about the New Testament. Taylor is married to Ashley, and they have one son, Isaiah.
